DALLAS - eGistics Inc. has signed a long-term contract with Azima Health Services to provide hosted image and data archival, management and delivery services to support the launch of Azima's Chart-Mover solution. Both companies are based in Dallas.

eGistics will provide Internet-based document imaging and workflow management to hospitals and hospital-based physician practices using Chart-Mover 2.1, an Internet-based document imaging and workflow platform designed for hospitals and hospital-based physician practices.
