icWales: London-based Rutland Partners has acquired Crickhowell, Wales-based ATM manufacturer Scott Tod. The acquisition of the former family firm will return £7.4 million (U.S. $9.4 million) to Scott Tod shareholders as part of an overall investment of £11.2 million (U.S. $14.2 million).
