SHANGHAI, China - First Data International, part of First Data Corp., announced in a news release that Cetelem Processing Services (Shanghai) Ltd. is expected to use First Data's VisionPLUS processing solutions to supplement its proprietary systems designed for consumer lending through China Union Pay cards, Visa and MasterCard services and unsecured and installment loans.
Cetelem is part of the BNP Paribas Group.

"This relationship with Cetelem reinforces our ability to deliver real processing capabilities to our clients in the People's Republic of China."
