MINNEAPOLIS - Lighthouse1, provider of consumer-driven healthcare administration software, has signed an agreement with First Data Healthcare Services, a subsidiary of First Data Corp., for debit-card and transaction-processing services for subscribers using Lighthouse 1's healthcare programs.

First Data also announced plans to partner with UMB Healthcare Services, division of UMB Financial Corp., to support debit-card access, investment programs and transaction processing.

The long-term agreement is effective immediately. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
