OMAHA, Neb. - First Data Corp. announced that Susan Henricks has returned to First Data as president of First Data Resources. According to the company, Henricks was a key member of the First Data leadership team in 1998 and 1999, serving as president of First Data Enterprises within First Data Resources. She was responsible for client services and was appointed to the position of president of Donnelley Marketing when it was sold by First Data to Info USA in late 1999.
For the last six years Henricks has been with RR Donnelley, an $8 billion dollar global leader of telephone-directory printing.
Henricks past experience also includes various IT management positions in the banking and insurance.
"Susan brings excellent business and leadership skills along with her experience and understanding of our industry to First Data," said David Bailis, president First Data Financial Institution Services.
