NORTH CANTON, Ohio – Diebold Inc. and Charlotte, N.C.-based Source Technologies have entered into a preferred-provider agreement for kiosk service and maintenance. The relationship will extend the reach of Diebold Premier Services and will provide Source Technologies customers with simplified kiosk maintenance and support, according to a news release.
Source Technologies is a provider of transactional kiosks to retailers, utilities, telecommunications companies and financial institutions.
"Since introducing our first ATM more than three decades ago, Diebold has been a premier provider of ATM service around the globe," said Chuck Ducey, senior vice president of global development and service at Diebold. "We believe this expertise transfers well into the kiosk marketplace."
