CALABASAS, Calif. - Online banking provider Digital Insight Corp. and Metavante Corp., a subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corp., have signed three new agreements designed to expand their partnership.

The companies have signed real-time payment capabilities, stored-valued gift card and reseller and third-party partner agreements, according to a news release.

In 2005, Digital Insight and Metavante renewed a long-term electronic bill presentment and payment services agreement that expanded marketing initiatives to promote increased adoption and usage of Metavante's online bill presentment and payment products among Digital Insight's clients.

Digital Insight currently has online bill payment agreements with two leading providers.
