MarketWatch: First Data Corp. shares rose 2.8 percent to $41.65 Sept. 26 after news broke that the company's Western Union spin-off will be added to Standard & Poor's 500 index. Western Union will replace Andrew Corp. in the S&P 500 after the market closes Sept. 29.
