LONDON - Link Interchange Network Ltd. is changing its corporate structure - separating its ATM network from its corporate infrastructure division. According to a news release, the change is being made to encourage innovation and increase the company's competitive edge in England's payments industry.

The ATM division will focus on member and self-regulatory issues while the infrastructure division will focus on commercial operations and technology developments.
