TRUMBULL, Conn. - KioskCom needs presenters for its April 25-27, 2006, Self-Service Expo in Las Vegas.
The expo will highlight innovative work and/or case studies from deployer clients in a wide variety of industries.
Specific presentation areas include:
- Defining success criteria in a pilot program from full-scale deployment rollout to post-deployment updates and upgrades
- Kiosk "course corrections"
- Understanding your customers and how they will (or will not) use self-service kiosk technology
- Business analytics
- Total cost of ownership
- Payments (contactless technology, micro payments and mobile payments)
- RFID vs SMS/text
- Wireless deployment
- Measuring multichannel customer value and leveraging content across multiple touchpoints
- Queue busting
- Understanding the full realm of self-service and assisted technology
Presentation proposals must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Deployer executives (senior leaders) with active programs and results
- Companies providing case studies with innovative work
Proposals will be considered from the supplier community, but they must confirm a deployer client and present a case study of services. Deployer clients are those from the areas of retail, finance, hospitality, tourism, health care, government, gaming/entertainment, hospitals, restaurants, QSRs, financial services, ticketing, photo and other industries.
