PANAMA CITY, Panama - First Data International has signed a payments-processing agreement with Caribbean island-chain Trinidad and Tobago First Citizens Bank. The deal also includes servicing the bank's credit-card portfolios.

According to a news release, First Data will convert the portfolios to its regional processing company, Panama-based Processing Center, S.A.
