BURNABY, British Columbia - Automated bill-payment and financial-services network provider Tio Networks Corp., has deployed 27 self-service kiosks in Cincinnati, Lexington, Ky., and Louisville, Ky.

According to a news release, with these new deployments, Tio has installed more than 1,000 kiosks. The company also, in the past 60 days, has signed more than 200 locations to participate in its "Tio Express," a clerk-assisted payment program.

"Breaking the 1,000 kiosk mark gives Tio the critical mass to be truly recognized as a National Network," said Hamed Shahbazi, Tio's chairman and chief executive. "This achievement, along with the rapid growth in Tio Express, is garnering great enthusiasm among consumers and our deployment partners."
