MILAN - Italy's Custom Engineering, provider of electronic devices for retail and self-service systems, has signed a distributor agreement with electronic-payment-systems developer Ingenico Italia for the Ingenico i9400 system.

The system is designed to handle electronic payments on all self-service devices, and consists of terminals that can be incorporated in unattended systems, enabling bank-card payment acceptance.
