The (California) Press-Enterprise: Access to cash may be easier at two Coachella Valley tribal-operated casinos in Southern California. The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians has extended its contract with Las Vegas-based Cash Systems Inc. to make check-cashing and bank-account withdrawals available for casino-club cardholders. The kiosks, developed by Diebold Inc., previously allowed cash access only with debit or credit cards.
