Debbie Barr is now senior director of the Network Rules, Rules Process, and Communications division. Barr will be responsible for administering NACHA's Rule Making Process, managing NACHA's relationships with the ACH Operators, and serving as Rules liaison with NACHA's Payment Association members.
Samantha Carrier is now senior director of Advanced Payment Solutions. She will be responsible for managing NACHA's Online Payments Pilot program.
Cari Conahan is now senior director of the Network Rules - Rules Development & Technical Support division. Conahan will be responsible for the management of technical and operational aspects of NACHA's rule-making and product development processes, and the management of NACHA's accreditation program.
NACHA also has hired George Throckmorton as the senior director of Payment Solutions Technology. His will be responsible for providing technical expertise to the Online Payments Pilot and other NACHA initiatives.
