HOUSTON - Cardtronics Inc. and HSBC Bank USA have finalized a second deal that enables HSBC to brand up to 33 ATMs in Walgreens locations in Connecticut. In addition, all HSBC-branded ATMs in Walgreens stores will be surcharge-free to HSBC Bank customers.
 
Installations were completed in August of this year, according to a news release.
