PLANO, Texas - SortLogic Systems, a division of Omni-Soft Inc., has announced a new software component designed to help financial institutions accelerate their migration from paper-based check processes to electronic clearing.
According to a news release, SortLogic's Image Enforcer provides an array of automated screening, correlation analysis, tracking, and image-repair functionality that helps institutions simplify their check-image-exchange environment while reducing their overall exposure to risk.
Image Enforcer is the latest addition to the company's Check 21 software suite, a portfolio of components designed to help FIs transform their check-processing infrastructure as well as their key business processes, and extend the reach of their legacy applications in an image environment.
Image Enforcer uses advanced processes and controls to help safeguard image-enabled operations with capabilities that better track inbound and outbound image cash letters through presentment. The solution also detects duplicate items, image replacement documents and cash letters, ensures image integrity, and repairs images before they go into an FI's check system.
