ePaynews: Hong Kong-based Customers Asia has signed an agreement to buy an equity stake in Chinese independent ATM operator Fintronics Holdings Co. The deal is expected to close in December. Customers Asia was set up in September to provide ATM services in Asia, namely China. It is a joint venture between Customers Ltd., an Australian ATM operator, and investment firm FCP Brencorp.
