BROOKFIELD, Wis. - Fiserv Inc. on Dec. 6 announced that Rahul Gupta and Thomas Warsop have joined the company as group presidents; three other senior leadership appointments also were made.
According to a news release, Gupta will serve as group president of Fiserv's Payments and Industry Products division. His responsibilities include overseeing payments, risk-management solutions and industry products.
Gupta has more than 20 years of industry experience. He previously served as president of U.S. operations for eFunds Corp.
Warsop will serve as group president for Fiserv's Financial Institutions division. His responsibilities include overseeing large, non-core account-processing FI solutions - including lending and item processing.
Warsop has more than 17 years of industry experience. He previously served vice president of U.S. Financial Services for Electronic Data Systems.
"Fiserv has very strong management throughout the organization," said Jeffery Yabuki, Fiserv's president and chief executive. "We are fortunate to be adding proven, successful senior leaders who will complement our existing team and even better prepare us for long-term success."
Additional leadership appointments include: Tom Neill, group president of Fiserv's Depository Institution Core Processing division; Mike Gantt, group president of Fiserv's Health and Insurance Group division; and Matthew Epstein, senior vice president of strategic partnerships.
