Altoona (Pa.) Mirror: Former ATM technician Randal Scott Replogle, 40, is charged with stealing more than $281,000 from ATMs between October 2005 and August 2005 in several Pennsylvania counties. Replogle began moving money from one ATM to another to prevent the missing funds from being discovered, authorities said. He also allegedly changed the combinations on the ATMs that were missing money, according to court documents.
