PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. - Elan Financial Services, a business unit of U.S. Bank, announced that it has signed an ATM vault-cash deal with Nationwide Money Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Axcess Corp.

According to a news release, Elan will provide cash, cash management and ATM monitoring for Nationwide's ATMs.

"Improving our cost structure is a key aspect of our strategy to build consistent financial performance, profitability and enterprise value," said Global Axcess chairman Joe Loughry. "We found that the combination of processing and cash services from Elan yields the most efficient solution in the industry, helping us to minimize the required cash per ATM."
