NEWPORT-ON-TAY, Scotland - HM Revenue and Customs is using ATM:ad to run a countdown campaign on ATMs as part of its multimedia strategy to ensure U.K. citizens meet the upcoming Jan. 31 deadline for filing their taxes.
 
According to a news release, the campaign will run on more than 1,000 ATMs throughout the United Kingdom. The campaign, which kicked off Jan. 15, is expected to deliver more than 5 million one-to-one transactions.
 
In addition to the on-screen element, the campaign also will feature takeaway receipts at the ATM.
