LEICESTER, England - Alliance & Leicester PLC has awarded Poole, England-based Testlink Services Ltd. a contract to refurbish and upgrade its ATM estate.
 
TestLink specializes in stripping previously deployed ATMs, assessing wear and tear on their electro-mechanical modules, replacing their component parts and upgrading the machines as required. TestLink also refinishes cabinetry and fascias and replaces branding and decals.
 
According to a news release, TestLink's Enterprise Management System will track the ATMs being refurbished as well as the stock associated with refurbishment and upgrades. Alliance and Leicester managers will have 24-hour visibility of their stock via a Web-enabled viewing portal.
