The (Halifax, Nova Scotia) Chronicle Herald: Bank of Nova Scotia does not plan to drop ATM fees, the bank's chief executive said March 6. CEO Rick Waugh said consumers pay, one way or another, for banking services. "That's the way we have to run a very profitable bank," he said.
