DORSET, England - TestLink Services Ltd. has announced the completion of the replication and expansion of its U.K. ATM and module-refurbishment facility in Prague, Czech Republic.
"ATMs by their very nature are large, heavy items, and transport costs are not insignificant," said Nick Beer, TestLink's chairman. "Offering our quality refurbishment services to European-based OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) and deployers would not have been cost effective without a strong mainland Europe operation."
Through its operation in Prague, TestLink expects to capitalize on the region's technical expertise while utilizing its central location to simplify the transport and movement of heavy equipment. The company expects to pass a 30-percent cost savings on to its European, Middle Eastern and African customer bases.
