The Associated Press: NetBank Inc., the parent of NetBank Payment Systems Inc., has received a warning from the Nasdaq Stock Market for a delay in filing its 2006 annual report. NetBank said it expected the warning and will request a hearing to outline its strategy for regaining compliance so its stock remains listed. NetBank says it expects to file its annual report on or before June 30.
