The (Port Elizabeth, South Africa) Herald: At least seven people have fallen victim to an ATM scam that police say is operated by a well-organized syndicate. The fraudsters used a skimming device to capture magnetic-stripe data from the ATM cards, officials said. With fake cards using the copied data, the syndicate has stolen thousands in the Port Elizabeth area.
