(Toronto) CityNews: Toronto police have brought charges against five suspects for rigging ATMs with pinhole cameras used to steal the PINs of hundreds of ATM users.  Cops found enough evidence to lay 437 charges against the quintet. Police also they believe as many as six others could be involved in the scams.
