Finextra: Diebold Inc. has reportedly signed a deal with Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Private Enterprises (VP Bank) for the installation of 1,000 Opteva ATMs. The ATMs are expected to be rolled out across the bank's 80 retail branches. Around 250 Opteva units will be installed at branches Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City this year, with the remaining ATMs scheduled for deployment through 2010.
