Iowa compromise leads banks to reissue ATM/debit cards

(Dubuque, Iowa) KGAN-TV, Channel 2: Several banks in Greater Dubuque, Iowa, are reissuing debit cards in the wake of a suspected breach at an ATM. Officials suspect the cards were compromised at a merchant's POS terminal and were later duplicated. Some of the card numbers were reportedly used overseas.
