NCR adjusts financial forecast

The Associated Press: NCR Corp. has cut its full-year earnings guidance after taking into account a higher tax rate and charges associated with the spinoff of its Teradata unit. NCR, which is spinning of Teradata on Oct. 1, now expects to earn between 91 cents and 96 cents per share, down from previous full-year profit guidance of between $2.21 and $2.31 per share.
