VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Inetco Systems Ltd., provider of business-transaction-intelligence software and communications-gateway products for the retail, financial and payments industries, has released Inetco Insight 3.1, a software solution that performs real-time monitoring and analysis of the end-to-end payment-transaction flow. According to a news release, Inetco Insight uniquely correlates and displays transaction information captured at the network, transport and application layers, allowing IT and network operations teams to perform network-health checks in less than 30 seconds and proactively receive alerts about issues before they affect end-customers. The solution also provides transaction-performance-management capabilities to continuously monitor traffic loads and identify problems that affect transaction-completion rates, duration and application performance. Inetco says the solution allows organizations to visualize in real-time how each ATM and POS terminal is performing, cutting the amount of time POS and ATM terminals are in error. "With the growing need for always-on business communication, Inetco Insight enables our customers to manage complex infrastructures by providing them with real-time business transaction intelligence," said Bijan Sanii, Inetco Systems' president and chief executive.
