TORONTO — Collis has announced that B2 Processing Systems Inc. is now the Collis reseller for the Canadian market.
Collis provides testing tools, consultancy and training for the payment/EMV, e-identification and mobile industries. Its testing tools include personalization and validation for cards, terminals, devices and host systems.

Testing suites qualified by EMVCo
Collis' CPA/CCD test suites have been qualified for EMVCo CPA Level 2 v1.0.b and CCD Level 2 v4.1.b. CPA/CCD protocols are complex; and the new test suites can be run during the card's development process, so that possible errors are discovered and fixed early on.
With more than 1,500 test cases from EMVCo already in implementation, card developers should ensure compliance and certification by testing their products, Collis says. The company's suits allow smartcard developers to test smartcard applications.
The Collis suites:
- CPA Level 2 Test Suite v1.0.0 tests EMV application behavior on CPA cards. The tool tests functions such as profile selection, Visa Low Value Payment, Authorization Token and more.
- CCD Level 2 Test Suite v1.1.0 tests the minimum functionality on a card required to run an EMV transaction.
