Sify Ltd.: With 70 percent of India's ATM market share, NCR Corp. says it's prepping for a similar share of India's other "self-service" markets, namely those in travel and hospitality. NCR holds 40 percent of the world's ATM market and is betting big on India, with the largest ATM manufacturing facility in Puducherry, India. That facility, which is relatively new, has more than 2,000 people employed in India. Beyond ATMs, NCR wants to focus on technology that uses mobile phones as a means for payment, in addition to other types of emerging tech.
