Bulgarian crime group nabbed for debit drain from Americans

FOCUS Information Agency: Three people in Sofia, Bulgaria, have been arrested for draining money from the accounts of U.S. debit cardholders. The investigation so far shows that the group stole about U.S. $400,000, but the final total could be much higher.
