ePaynews: Fort Worth, Texas-based OmniAmerican Bank has been forced to impose unspecified restrictions on ATM and debit card transactions after hackers broke into its systems last week. The fraudsters stole scores of account numbers, created new PINs, fabricated debit cards, then withdrew cash from ATMs in Eastern Europe, as well as in the UK, Canada and the United States.
