ePaymentnews Network: The Japanese Bankers Association has decided to link its member banks' ATMs to the ATM network of Japan Post Bank. If certain conditions are reached by the two parties, remittances between Japan Post Bank and other private institutions will become possible around January of next year. The association will conduct trials in March to determine if the planned linkup is technically feasible. If tests prove successful, the group will reach a formal accord with Japan Post Bank.
