The (Raleigh, N.C.) News & Observer: Legal woes are proliferating for Garner-based ATM Financial Services and businessman Vance Moore II — including, most prominently, a federal grand jury investigation.

Moore and his 13-employee business emerged from obscurity last month when they were sued by a California company, ATM Equity. That company accused them of an elaborate $30 million fraud to gain control of about 1,200 automated teller machines at gas stations, convenience stores and other outlets.
