ATM murder prompts lawsuit against B of A

The Associated Press: The family of a U.S. Customs employee who was killed during a holdup at a Los Angeles ATM has sued Bank of America for negligence. The lawsuit, filed last week, claims at least three holdups have occurred at the same ATM since last August. Attorney John Sweeney said the bank had a duty to notify the public of the robberies or take measures to protect customers.
