Business First:  Beginning this month, Chase bank began offering a series of special offers through its nationwide network of more than 9,000 ATMs, including 71 in Louisville and 222 in Kentucky. In addition to offering services to its existing customers, Chase officials hope the ATMs will serve as a convenient and effective tool to generate new business for the bank, according to Nancy Norris, senior communications manager for the bank.
