In keeping with its customer promise to "experience the next level" in banking, NexTier Bank executives discovered that the current seven to 10 day wait for debit or ATM cards was affecting overall customer satisfaction levels throughout its bank system.

Instant access to debit and ATM cards was the next logical step to take the customer experience to the next level. In order to keep customers happy and improve their satisfaction, NexTier wanted to make obtaining a debit card more efficient and convenient. It investigated instant issuance technology and ultimately partnered with Dynamic Card Solutions.
