The Orange County (Calif.) Register: Two Santa Ana, Calif., men have been arrested for their alleged involvement in a sophisticated ATM-fraud ring. Thai Nam Lieu, 30, and Haiau Han, 29, were reportedly in possession of maps of ATM locations, video surveillance of ATMs and $70,000 in cash when they were taken into custody by officers. Police believe the men were acting as 'foot soldiers' in a larger ring that cleans out ATMs with fake cards.
