NORTH CANTON, Ohio — The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals has named Diebold Inc. to its 2008 Global Outsourcing Top 100 award standings.
Diebold ranked 47 out of 100.
An award winner for the second consecutive year, Diebold, which provides integrated financial self-service, says it moved up from a ranking of 64 last year.
Companies are judged on four fundamental categories, including company size and growth, customer satisfaction, depth of competence, and management capabilities. Judges also consider revenue, customer outcomes, relationship management, and management talent and experience.
The company also was presented additional awards in three subcategories, including "Best 10" companies with the most country presence; "Best 20" companies by industry focus; and "Best 20" companies by services offered.
Within the last three years, Diebold says it has experienced double-digit growth and multiple international awards.
