DAYTON, Ohio — NCR Corp. has announced the renewal of its ATM-managed-services contract with Mumbai, India-based HDFC Bank Ltd.
According to a news release, the new deal includes the management of more than 2,000 NCR and non-NCR ATMs and expands upon a prior three-year managed services contract. HDFC also has signed an order for 300 new ATMs. This order is in line with HDFC Bank's expansion strategy in India.
The contract includes ATM monitoring through incident management, cash management, and first- and second-line maintenance.

NCR's Managed Services portfolio includes automatic and electronic incident management using Gasper software management tools, help-desk services, first- and second-line maintenance, currency forecasting, cash replenishment, software distribution, consumables supply and management, and network management.
