BROOKFIELD, Wis. — Fiserv Inc. has signed a deal with Global Management Technologies Corp. to acquire assets related to the GMT CashMaster cash-forecasting product.
Fiserv is a provider of integrated software solutions and consulting services that address the end-to-end cash-supply-chain challenges facing financial institutions, retailers and service providers around the globe. Fiserv provides solutions to 17 of the top 20 U.S. banks and more than 200 leading organizations throughout the world with its cash and logistics product suite.
Fiserv's cash and logistics division provides a Web-based suite of products that support multiple technology platforms, currencies, languages and central-bank policies.
"GMT CashMaster is a welcome addition to the Fiserv cash and logistics family," said Chris Anderson, vice president and general manager of the cash and logistics division of Fiserv.
