NORTH CANTON, Ohio — Diebold Inc. has partnered with Oregon-based OnPoint Community Credit Union to provide an ATM-outsourcing solution for the credit union's 45 ATMs.
According to a news release, Diebold, a recognized outsourcing provider, will provide OnPoint with products and services that include Diebold Opteva ATMs, first -and second-line maintenance, armored-carrier services, network monitoring, ATM and debit card processing, RemoteLink and OpteView services, currency management, client services, and help-desk support.
As part of the relationship, OnPoint also expects to add intelligent deposit and bulk-note acceptance technology to its ATMs within the next year.
"By outsourcing with Diebold, we found a partner that provided a customized solution that impacts our bottom line, efficiencies and member satisfaction in a way that exceeded our expectations," said Kelly Schrader, senior vice president of members services for OnPoint Community Credit Union.
