DENVER — Pendum LLC, the nation's largest independent provider of ATM maintenance and armored services, has extended its agreement with North Carolina State Employees' Credit Union to provide cash-replenishment services for approximately 800 SECU ATMs.
In June, Pendum announced that it had been sold to Miami-based investment firm Bayside Capital, but said it expected its business to continue operating and working with customers as it had before the sale.
According to a news release, the deal also includes branch cash and coin transportation services for nearly 220 branches throughout North Carolina. Pendum has provided armored-transport and deposit-pull services for SECU ATMs since 2002.
Terms of the contract were not released.
