VANCOUVER, British Columbia — INETCO Systems Ltd., provider of real-time transaction intelligence software for retailers and financial-service providers, has announced that Open Solutions Canada, the Canadian subsidiary of Open Solutions Inc., will deploy the INETCO Insight software solution.
According to a news release, INETCO Insight was selected as a tool to help Open Solutions ensure ongoing availability and performance of critical Electronic Funds Transfer interfaces for banking-systems-operations clients. Open Solutions is a leading provider of integrated-enabling technologies for financial-service providers across the United States, Canada and internationally.
INETCO Insight's transaction monitoring capabilities enable Open Solutions Canada to gain a real-time view into what each end-user is experiencing as they interact with various EFT direct channels. The software's modular transaction decode tables will allow Open Solutions Canada to move past the monitoring ATM and POS transactions, and start extracting real-time intelligence on multiple transaction types and other business-critical application protocols, such as telephone banking.
