LONG BEACH, Miss. — To increase traffic and combat credit and debit card fees, the largest non-rent and labor expenses facing retailers, many retailers are taking another look at ATMs.

With that goal in mind, Triton Systems of Delaware Inc., the company that set the bar for ATM affordability and performance, invites 2008 National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) show attendees to stop by Booth #115 to learn how Triton's complete line of high-quality, low-cost ATMs can help reduce credit card fees and increase traffic.

The Triton booth will feature a surcharge-free ATM for cash transactions and a prototype of the new Triton entry-level ATM. In addition, attendees can register for a chance to win a Nintendo Wii Sports package and see a demonstration of the Select-A-Branch ATM network during the NACS Show, Oct. 5-7, 2008, at the McCormick Place in Chicago.

A prototype of the company's new low-cost, entry-level ATM, featuring Triton and Nautilus Hyosung technologies, will be on display for the first time during NACS. The new ATM will go into production in early 2009 for U.S. and Canadian customers.

Made possible by Nautilus Hyosung's proposed acquisition of Triton, this new machine will raise the bar for entry-level ATMs, providing retailers with a superb way to boost sales and profits at an affordable price point. Modeled after Triton's popular RL line, the new ATM will include a 5.7-inch color display, 60mm printer, business hour cabinet, 1,000 note dispenser with a removable lock box cassette and will run on Microsoft Windows CE 5.0 with Triton's X2-based technology.

Nautilus Hyosung, a self-service solution provider of ATMs based in Seoul, Korea, has signed an agreement to acquire Triton from the Dover Corp. Pending regulatory approval, the transaction is expected to close by the end of the year.

The popular RL2000, designed for retailers looking for more functionality in a low-cost machine, will also be featured in the Triton booth. Ideal for both high- and low-traffic locations of all sizes, the RL2000 is available with an 8-inch VGA color display which supports improved advertising and screen customizing capability, a large storage capacity for journaling and optional Level 1 vault and run Microsoft Windows CE 5.0 operating system with Triton's X2 technology.

Additional Triton products that will be on display at NACS include the RT2000, an affordable through-the-wall ATM designed for high-traffic retail locations; the RL5000, an embedded PC-based model that features a 10.4-inch LCD display and a long list of value-added transactions; the FT5000, a versatile through-the-wall ATM that offers high performance for a surprisingly low investment; and the RL5000xp, a Windows-based stand-alone ATM that will be running on the Select-A-Branch network.

Merchants will also have the opportunity to learn how becoming a part of the new Select-A-Branch ATM Network can help to reduce credit card fees and increase traffic and revenue without any added expense.

Running on Triton RL5000xp ATMs with Prism ATM software, Select-A-Branch is a unique, fast-growing surcharge-free ATM network that features customized, fully-branded screen content for network-members. The Select-A-Branch Network is primarily located on the East Coast, but soon-to-be-announced partnerships make coast-to-coast expansion likely. Retailers that participate in the Select-A-Branch Network benefit from increased traffic because member financial institutions send their customers to these locations without the fear of losing them to other banks or credit unions; additional sales prompted by ATM withdrawals; and surcharge fee income paid by the financial institutions for each transaction.
