Finextra: According to local newspaper The Chorley Guardian, ATM users queued along that town center's high street last week after word spread about a technical glitch at a local ATM. The cash machine doled out free money for around two hours on Thursday evening before the glitch was fixed, and Royal Bank of Scotland is still trying to figure out how much was withdrawn.
